Persyaratan:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or related field
  2. Proven experience as Cloud Operations Manager min. 3-5 years
  3. Experience with system installation, configuration, and analysis
  4. Have knowledge of cloud computing: vmware, aws, azure, etc
  5. Have knowledge of data protection operations
  6. Having leadership and organizational skills
  7. Ability to manage multiple projects
  8. Having outstanding communication skills
  9. Having problem solving aptitude

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

  1. Maintain and optimize Cloud System
  2. Be responsible for device and password management
  3. Oversee data backup and system security operations
  4. Manage installations, upgrades, and configurations of hardware and software
  5. Assess system performance and recommend improvements
  6. Resolve issues escalated by technicians and engineers
  7. Ensure data is handled, transferred or processed according to legal and company guidelines
  8. Provide support and guidance to stakeholders via helpdesk
  9. Control costs and budgets regarding cloud systems
  10. Manage contracts with vendors and software licenses
  11. Develop cloud policies and practices
