  1. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other related fields.
  2. Have min. 3 years experience in technical support and after-sales support.
  3. Having certification like ITIL, PMP is valuable.
  4. Good technical and cloud product knowledge.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

  1. Providing technical support to customers after-sales.
  2. Evaluating customer needs to suggest upgrades or additional features.
  3. Training customers to use cloud products.
  4. Answering product-related queries in a timely manner.
  5. Maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  6. Providing reports to customers on cloud product performance.
  7. Ensuring deliveries arrive on time and in a good condition.
