Persyaratan:
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other related fields.
Have min. 3 years experience in technical support and after-sales support.
Having certification like ITIL, PMP is valuable.
Good technical and cloud product knowledge.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
Providing technical support to customers after-sales.
Evaluating customer needs to suggest upgrades or additional features.
Training customers to use cloud products.
Answering product-related queries in a timely manner.
Maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Providing reports to customers on cloud product performance.
Ensuring deliveries arrive on time and in a good condition.
