TECHNICAL ACCOUNT MANAGER
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other related fields.
- Have min. 3 years experience in technical support and after-sales support.
- Having certification like ITIL, PMP is valuable.
- Good technical and cloud product knowledge.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Providing technical support to customers after-sales.
- Evaluating customer needs to suggest upgrades or additional features.
- Training customers to use cloud products.
- Answering product-related queries in a timely manner.
- Maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Providing reports to customers on cloud product performance.
- Ensuring deliveries arrive on time and in a good condition.
