PT Len Telekomunikasi Indonesia held a discussion and company performance presentation for its shareholders, PT LEN Industri (Persero) and PT Telekomunikasi Riset Global Investama (TRG), at the Puskodal Room on Level 11 of Menara MTH on Wednesday, 10 June 2026, from 09.30 to 11.30 WIB. The forum was an important step in strengthening transparency, accountability and strategic alignment in support of sustainable company growth.
The meeting was attended by directors and management from each company. PT Len Telekomunikasi Indonesia was represented by Mr Ganda Yudha Asparaini as President Director, Mr Dirgantara Putra as Director of Business and Operations, and Mr Priono Joni Hartanto as Director of Finance and Human Resources. PT Telekomunikasi Riset Global Investama was represented by Mrs Teni Agustini as Managing Director of External Relation, Mr Ales Runtuwene as CFO, and Mrs Aya Natalia as Support Director. PT LEN Industri (Persero) was represented by Mrs Yessy Kurnia Dyah W, Director of Finance, Portfolio Management & Human Resources.
During the discussion, management presented a financial summary covering cost of goods sold excluding interest, vendor and operational expenses, and administrative and general expenses. The 2025 workload analysis (ABK) results were also presented, including manpower requirements, Work Load Analysis (WLA) data as of 31 December 2025, and a summary of the evaluation findings.
The discussion also covered the company's organisational structure and an analysis of its effectiveness in supporting operations and business development. Management additionally shared 2025 employee productivity results, measured through PSAK 2025-based revenue, audited headcount, and sales-per-employee indicators.
As a follow-up, participants agreed to hold a further meeting next week at the same place and time, limited to leadership level, in order to deepen the strategic discussion and accelerate decision making.
