Jakarta, 19 May 2026 – TRG Group held a Silaturahim and Collaborative Synergy gathering between its subsidiaries and the holding company at the Puskodal Room, Menara MTH Level 11, Jakarta. The event was an important moment to deepen relationships, strengthen collaboration and align the strategic direction of every entity within TRG Group as it faces future business opportunities and challenges.
The programme opened with a keynote speech from Mr H. Abdul Satar, Shareholder of TRG Group, on the importance of synergy and collaboration across all companies in the group as the foundation for sustainable growth. It was then announced that the position of CEO of TRG Group had been handed over from Mrs Teni Agustini to Mr Bogi Witjaksono as the new CEO, with Mrs Teni Agustini taking on a new role as Managing Director of External Relation.
The introduction of the new CEO was the main agenda. In his vision session, Mr Bogi Witjaksono conveyed his commitment to strengthening TRG Group's position as a provider of infrastructure and service platforms that add value to Indonesia's digital ecosystem. With more than two decades of experience in the telecommunications and satellite industries, he brings a strong leadership track record across strategic positions, including Director of Wholesale & International Business at Telkom Indonesia, Director of Enterprise & Business Service at Telkom Indonesia, COO & CMO of Telkomsat, and CEO of PT Patra Telekomunikasi Indonesia.
Alongside the new group CEO, the event also introduced Mr Bambang Noroyono as the new CEO of API and Mr Wahyu Widhiono as COO of APT. The agenda continued with presentations of portfolios and potential synergies among the consolidated subsidiaries (API, APT and UCS) and the unconsolidated ones (LTI and IC).
